Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities

Keep the Spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc. Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs. Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries. Consistently engaging with guests. Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.


Qualifications

Customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment

Housekeeping experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to work well independently and as a team
