Job Description
Role Objective:
The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, ambiance, and overall experience of the spa facilities. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in hospitality, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a refined, guest-centered environment.
Duties and responsibilities.
Ensure all spa areas (treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, showers, steam/sauna, and locker areas) are immaculately clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times. Set up and reset treatment rooms between sessions with attention to detail and hygiene protocols. Assist therapists and reception staff with linen supply, amenities, and guest needs. Greet guests courteously and assist with lockers, robes, towels, and spa orientation as needed. Monitor guest flow to ensure a tranquil and seamless spa experience. Replenish beverages, snacks, and spa amenities in lounge and changing areas. Report maintenance issues promptly to the Spa Manager. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
