Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes daily.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Manage food preparation schedules and inventory.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Work effectively with the kitchen team and management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a South Indian cook or chef.
Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
