Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize food waste.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency.
Oversee kitchen cleanliness and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
Handle kitchen operations in the Head Chefs absence.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
Maintain records and adhere to company policies.
