Responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure high-quality culinary standards are met.
Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Develop and execute menus that reflect the restaurant\'s concept and meet customer preferences, considering dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to ensure profitability while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
