- Responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure high-quality culinary standards are met.
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Develop and execute menus that reflect the restaurant\'s concept and meet customer preferences, considering dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to ensure profitability while minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
