Our hotel is searching for a creative and motivated Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
You will be the second in command of our F&B Production department.
You will be responsible for enforcing and following the local requirements & guidelines.
Your duties will include recruiting new employees.
Responding to customer issues.
Developing new menu options.
Qualifications:
Must be a creative professional.
Must be willing to participate in creating delicious seasonal menus, and meal designs.
You should have excellent communication skills.
Must have in-depth knowledge of several cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
