We are looking for a Sous Chef specialized in Russian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will support in delivering authentic Russian dishes, maintaining high standards in taste, quality, and presentation, and leading a dynamic kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
-Strong knowledge of Russian cuisine (traditional & modern)
- Leadership & team management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
