Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and execute authentic
Asian and Vietnamese dishes
, with a focus on
Wok
and
Dim Sum
specialties.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all menu items.
Supervise, train, and inspire kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards.
Contribute to creative menu development and seasonal offerings.
Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with resort standards.
Manage stock, control food costs, and minimize waste.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Sous Chef
or
Senior Chef de Partie
in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality industry
Strong expertise in
Wok cooking
and
Dim Sum preparation
In-depth knowledge of
Asian and Vietnamese cuisine
and ingredients
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
