Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate

Sous Chef

/

Asian and Vietnamese cuisine

to join at a

luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah

.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

Asian and Vietnamese cuisine

, with proven expertise in

Wok cooking

and

Dim Sum preparation

.

Responsibilities:



Assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Prepare and execute authentic

Asian and Vietnamese dishes

, with a focus on

Wok

and

Dim Sum

specialties. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all menu items. Supervise, train, and inspire kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards. Contribute to creative menu development and seasonal offerings. Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with resort standards. Manage stock, control food costs, and minimize waste.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a

Sous Chef

or

Senior Chef de Partie

in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality industry Strong expertise in

Wok cooking

and

Dim Sum preparation

In-depth knowledge of

Asian and Vietnamese cuisine

and ingredients Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards

Salary & Benefits:



Salary:

AED 6000 + AED 500 service charge Accommodation - Studio Type (Single occupancy), meals, transportation, visa, and medical insurance provided
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
