Job Requirement:- We are looking for a skilled and driven Sous Chef to support our Central Kitchen operations and oversee the quality and consistency of food across all cloud kitchen branches. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supervising daily production, conducting quality assurance checks, supporting R&D initiatives, and ensuring compliance with culinary standards across all units. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have hands-on experience in high-volume food production, strong culinary expertise, and the ability to lead and train kitchen teams. A sharp eye for detail, strong planning skills, and a passion for innovation in food development are essential. Job Role: 1. Experience & Qualifications Minimum 46 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Sous Chef role.
Experience in central kitchen, mass production, or cloud kitchen operations is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP), hygiene standards, and kitchen workflows. Culinary diploma or certification from a recognized institute is advantageous. Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints professionally. Foster a customer-first environment and encourage staff to exceed guest expectations.
