We are seeking a talented and experienced

Sous Chef

specializing in

Italian and American cuisine

for a reputed fine-dining restaurant in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, creativity in menu execution, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:



Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. Ensure smooth preparation and presentation of Italian and American dishes. Control food cost and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.

Salary:

OMR 500 - 550

Location:

Muscat, Oman

Working Hours:

10 hours/day, 6 days a week

Day Off:

1 day weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
