Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Ensure smooth preparation and presentation of Italian and American dishes.
Control food cost and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
