Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience, including at least 1 year as a Sous Chef or senior CDP.
Culinary degree or relevant professional training.
Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or fusion cuisine is an advantage.
Experience in a cafe, bakery, or high-end casual dining environment preferred.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
