Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role to help manage the kitchen for a British Restaurant and Bar, creating and developing new dishes, designing menus, ordering food supplies, and ensuring the quality of food preparation. To maintain an organized and clean kitchen environment and supervising kitchen staff. Qualifications SOUS CHEF
- Minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in British Cuisine with non-Halal foods
- Experience in European Cuisine is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Creativity and passion for developing new dishes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with menu design and food costing
- Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s degree in Culinary Arts, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
