Position: Sous Chef

Job location : Dubai

candidate must be in UAE and should be available for food trial

Job details :
  • Highly Skilled in Indian Cuisine (Mughlai and Punjabi) and Tandoor and experience in Chinese ,Continental and South Indian
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions. * Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management

software, POS * Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited culinary institution, or equivalent experience in a

professional kitchen. * Managing the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality.
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Leading a team of chefs in cooking and preparing meals, including checking food quality and
overseeing cooking techniques. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. * Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.
  • Improve skills and knowledge by attending regular training programs as per the training platforms and guidelines provided by the group.
Salary AED 5000-5500 (all in)
