The Role
Position Title: Sous Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: High-end casual dining restaurant ? Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef. ? Helps in the design of food and drink menu. ? Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste. ? Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. ? Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. ? Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition.
Requirements
Qualifications: ? Open to Asian nationals ? 38 years old and below ? At least 3 years solid experience as sous chef in a high-end casual dining ? Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
