Job Description

- provides leadership, training and supervision on all production in his/her kitchen and oversees the quality as well as timely distribution of the food product originating from his/her kitchens,directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks -manage all kitchen,oversees weekly and monthly inventories, stocking and ordering; ability to control food waste,and identify oportunities for improvement of food/labor cost,being responsible for health and safety -creates a highly functional teamwork -Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards -Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award -Minimum 2 years relevant experience -knowing very well English -Good knowledge of all sections -Ability to produce good quality food -Team management skills -High level of attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
