Highly Skilled in Indian Cuisine (Mughlai and Punjabi) and Tandoor and experience in Chinese ,Continental and South Indian
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.

Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions. * \xef\xbb\xbfWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management

software, POS * \xef\xbb\xbfCulinary degree or diploma from an accredited culinary institution, or equivalent experience in a

professional kitchen. * \xef\xbb\xbfManaging the kitchen inventory and ensuring supplies are fresh and of high quality.

\xef\xbb\xbfComply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
\xef\xbb\xbfLeading a team of chefs in cooking and preparing meals, including checking food quality and

overseeing cooking techniques. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. * Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.
