The Role
Position Title: Sous Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, meal, and transportation Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai : . Develop new recipes for seasonal and regular menus. . Meet with VIP customers to discuss details and planning of menu for special occasion/events . Approve orders for new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget. . Controlling and directing the food preparation process to ensure the quality of dishes before they reach the customer . Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Arabic nationals . 30 to 40 years old . At least 3-year experience on the same role from at least a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality . Must have Arabic Cuisine experience . Open to home country
