The Role
Position Title: Sous Chef Employment Type: Full time Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualification plus accommodation, transportation, duty meals, and medical insurance Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A newly opened branch of a 5-star Hotel based in Dubai : . Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created . Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines . Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks . Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes . Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
Requirements: . 45 years old and below . Bachelor's degree in culinary or any related course and certifications and experience . At least 5 years of experience on the same role in any hotel within GCC . Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine . Must have portfolio available .
