Job Description

You will be responsible for the preparation of for the preparations of assigned sections by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all customers. You will ensure that all operational requirements are identified and provide direction to all the kitchen helpers including demi chefs, commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards. In addition, you will communicate to your Sous Chef any challenges, guest or internal comments and other relevant information and will have to attend & participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. What we need from you We are now seeking an experienced and lively Chef to join our team. This person will be responsible for supervising the production and running of the kitchen.
