Sous Chef / Chef de Partie / Commis
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Head Chef / Sous Chef
About the Role:
We are building our kitchen team at all levels! We are looking for dedicated and skilled cooks who are passionate about food and eager to grow in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sous Chef: Act as the second-in-command, supporting the Head Chef in all kitchen functions, managing shifts, and ensuring quality control.
  • Chef de Partie (Station Chef): Take full responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saute, pastry), preparing all dishes from that station to the highest standard.
  • Commis (Junior Chef): Assist the CDPs and Sous Chefs with basic food preparation, mise en place, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • For CDP and Sous Chef: Strong knowledge of specific cooking techniques and sections.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • A desire to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
