Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading and organizing daily kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards are met
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen team members
Maintain proper sanitation and food safety practices in all work areas
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of required kitchen materials
Enforce standard operating procedures and service standards
Ideal Profile
Diploma in Catering or equivalent culinary qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in a five-star international hotel or resort
1-2 years of experience in a Sous Chef role or similar supervisory position
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
