POSITION SUMMARY
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Leads his subordinates in all aspects of food production to the highest professional standards and in accordance with the standard operating procedures. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget, controlling food cost and operating cost. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Is further responsible for creative and innovation running of the Outlet to which he/she is assigned in accordance to the guidelines given.
