SEVEN, the premium lifestyle holistic facility with 36,000 square feet of space dedicated to fitness, relaxation and well-being, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to organize the kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s activities for the SEVEN Nutrition (Meal Plan) & SEVEN Cafe. Responsibilities
Create menu for meal plan by working closely with Nutritionist, that meet and exceed members\' needs
Ensure the consistent production of high quality dishes
Develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with members
Resolve, promptly and completely, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas
Assist in managing department operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management
Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions
Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of menu items
Maintain good communication and work relationships in all areas
Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage, train and develop the kitchen team
Ensure maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues are dealt with in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
