Job Description
SEVEN, the premium lifestyle holistic facility with 36,000 square feet of space dedicated to fitness, relaxation and well-being, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to organize the kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s activities for the SEVEN Nutrition (Meal Plan) & SEVEN Cafe. Responsibilities
- Create menu for meal plan by working closely with Nutritionist, that meet and exceed members\' needs
- Ensure the consistent production of high quality dishes
- Develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with members
- Resolve, promptly and completely, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas
- Assist in managing department operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions
- Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of menu items
- Maintain good communication and work relationships in all areas
- Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage, train and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues are dealt with in a timely manner
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
