Sous Chef (Turkish Cuisine)



Responsibilities:



Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Supervise kitchen sections

Ensure quality and presentation of Turkish dishes

Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:



Experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP

Turkish cuisine background preferred

Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

* F&B Manager: 4 years (Required)
