Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily mise en place and kitchen activities.
Ensure dishes meet company standards for taste, presentation, and portion.
Guide and train CDPs and Commis on recipes and hygiene practices.
Manage stock levels, daily orders, and quality checks.
Maintain hygiene, labeling, and food safety compliance.
Lead the kitchen pass during service and ensure smooth coordination with the front-of-house team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume or fine dining kitchen.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Commitment to quality, consistency, and hygiene.
