Candidate must have proven record in past
Knowledge of developing the recipe, kitchen layout.

Menu Planning & Development
Quality, Consistency & Presentation
Inventory, Purchasing & Cost Control
Health, Safety & Sanitation
Staff Training & Development
Special Events / Catering / Coordination
