Ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards.

Staff Development and Collaboration:

Train and mentor kitchen team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment. Assist in staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage during peak times. Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and innovate culinary presentations. Foster open communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
