\xe2\x97\x8f Control & direct the food preparation process. \xe2\x97\x8f Construct & develop menus . \xe2\x97\x8f Expedite service of dishes . \xe2\x97\x8f Inventory management . \xe2\x97\x8f Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure hygiene & safety compliance . \xe2\x97\x8fPay special attention to food costing and waste management. \xe2\x97\x8f Train junior staff and working very close with Executive chef. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining of HACCP principles as per the municipality requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Foster a co-operative respect between coworkers Job Types: Full-time, Contract Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
