About The Role Our position of Sourcing Manager, based in Casablanca, Morocco. Sourcing Manager Morocco is responsible for sourcing raw material within the global strategy sourcing team, the materials that ensure the factory gets in time supply at a competitive price level.

Key Responsibilities Include Being responsible for all raw material buying activities in Barry Callebaut Morocco. Analyzing the cocoa, dairy, sugar, fats markets to identify trends and opportunities; Owning country financial KPIs like margin improvement, cash flow, Actively searching for internal and external benchmarks to compare the prices and to improve the purchase conditions; setting up the purchasing strategies guided by VP Sourcing EEMEA Evaluating and selecting of the suppliers, negotiation of terms for major purchases; commit to purchases (within established limits of authority) that are in the organization's best interest. Planning new supplier audits with QA, participating and realizing them in defined period. Planning (based on sales forecast), negotiating and executing purchasing of raw materials, including risk management, manage SAP purchase contract, legal contract with supplier, pricing updating/controlling and other necessary document, system work. Assisting Product Development and R&D teams in sourcing required components from preferred and new suppliers. Liaising with functional or operational area managers (for example in Sales, Supply Chain, trading) to understand their current and anticipated demand for goods and materials and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities to ensure material supply on time with the best value Preparing reports for supplier evaluations and improving supplier performance by tracking and giving feedbacks to suppliers Supporting to customers and sales team when needed considering market intelligence and raw material price negotiation Co-operation with logistic department considering stock utilization, raw material flow Driving activities on sustainability and meet company forever chocolate sustainability commitment. Report on performed actions on a monthly basis Ensuring compliance to purchasing processes and contracts.

About You Education Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar Having 5+ years of sourcing experience (preferably commodity sourcing experience in food company) Knowledge or specific business understanding Knowledge MS Office Applications Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems Fluent in English and French both written and oral Excellent communication and negotiation skills with analytical thinking ability. Being proactive and having a strong learning agility
