Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sourcing Associate Manager with strong supplier management experience and a proven ability to identify and secure reliable vendors. The ideal candidate will have established supplier connections locally and in Asia, with the skills to negotiate effectively and ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers locally and in Asian markets (China, India, Southeast Asia, etc.) Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and negotiations to secure favorable terms Stay updated on market trends, cost drivers, and alternative sourcing opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, design, operations, logistics) to understand sourcing needs Manage vendor performance, including lead times, quality standards, and compliance with company requirements Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in sourcing strategy Prepare reports and updates on supplier pipeline, sourcing progress, and potential risks

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field 5 - 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management Strong supplier network locally and in Asian markets Proven track record in supplier identification, negotiation, and relationship building Knowledge of import/export regulations, logistics, and quality assurance processes Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills Ability to travel regionally as required * Proficiency in MS Office and sourcing/procurement tools (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
