Summary

The Sourcing and Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier requests for GE Vernova On Site Services (OSS) globally, managing purchase requisitions. You will work closely with suppliers, OSS SMEs, and the sourcing team to ensure the timely processing of requisitions and invoicing. Additionally, you will work with the forecasting and fulfillment team to complete billing and metric reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail, as you will manage supplier costs, track hours, and oversee the demand management process in Salesforce. This role requires excellent time management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and contribute to GE Vernova's mission to provide reliable and sustainable energy solutions.

What you'll do

Manage the supplier process for GE Vernova's On Site Services (OSS) globally Create purchase requisitions Track PR requests and escalate as needed Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of PO's Ensure suppliers submit timely service entry sheets Manage goods receipts and work closely with the sourcing team to track invoicing Create demand requests in salesforce for facilities Work with the forecasting and fulfillment team to complete billing Oversee supplier cost and hours tracking Interface closely with OSS SME's and RM's to facilitate supplier activities Work with the forecasting and fulfillment team on metric reporting

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or similar experience in the field Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or related field in power generation industry Fluent in English Proven ability to manage time effectively Strong organization skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders Must be able to engage with global teams across different time zones when required

What will make you stand out

Experience using salesforce and/or service max Proficiency in procurement software (Oracle, Ariba, or similar) is preferred Proficiency using Excel and/or Tableau for metric reporting
