? Perform GT Hot Gas Path (HGPI), Combustion & Bore scope inspection (CI)
? Perform GT Major Inspection & Forced Outages.
? GE D650 Steam Turbine Maintenance Training by GE.
? GE D650 Steam Turbine 424MW Operation Training by GE.
? Chamber, Nozzle Inspection, Bearing inspection.
? Thermography Inspection Training.
? Maximo (PM, MM Modules) based Preventive, Predictive Maintenance, Implementing Maintenance
Plans.
? Maintenance of centrifugal and PD pumps single stage and multistage.
? Maintenance of centrifugal and PD compressor single stage and multistage.
? Maintenance of Gear boxes induction and Reduction and Hydraulic couplings.
? Maintenance of Cooling tower fans, FD fans ITS Bearing mounting, Seal mounting and cone clearance.
? Maintenance of all types of valves,
? Maintenance and Pressure adjustment of Pressure Safety and relief valves also performed its seat lapping.
? Good Knowledge about mechanical, Labyrinth and other seals and its mountings.
? Good Knowledge about ALIGNMENT with RIM and FACE method also Laser alignment. Reverse alignment.
? Good Knowledge about BEARINGS AND COUPLINGS and its mountings.
? Maintenance of boiler and its Accessories like Gas air heater.
? BOILER DRUM Inspection and maintenance.
? Daily maintenance activities like PM's CM's and PDM's on two
? To maintain the Maintenance record and update
? Service Requests, Work orders, failure reporting and other records in
? The MAXIMO system on daily basis. Arrange Manpower, Tools, and
? Spare parts according to job nature. Update the Spares of all plant
? And timely intimate the status of spares to Maintenance Engineer for
? Reordering. Work in Plant erecting activities and make the reports
? And observation of plant/machinery abnormalities.
