Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all wine service operations to ensure excellence in guest experience
• Manage wine inventory, monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
• Assist in updating the wine list and provide recommendations to management
• Conduct regular staff training, tastings, and service briefings
• Maintain accurate wine storage and temperature logs
• Deliver seamless wine pairings, refills, and special requests during service

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Fluent in English; European languages preferred
• WSET certification is required
• Familiarity with Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a multicultural team environment
