Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing annual budgets for food and beverage outlets
Maintain strict procedures for wine storage, inventory security, and financial handling
Implement purchasing practices aligned with wellness and sustainability guidelines
Promote a cost-conscious culture through training and education
Support exceptional guest service by guiding wine selections and enhancing the dining experience
Ensure accurate documentation of inventory, purchasing, and storage
Uphold brand expectations, safety standards, and operational procedures
Ideal Profile
1-3 years of experience as a Sommelier in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong English communication skills; additional languages beneficial
Knowledge of wine varieties, regions, pairings, and storage requirements
Understanding of purchasing, cost control, and inventory management
Valid food handler card or alcohol service certification (as required by UAE regulations)
Customer-focused approach with the ability to enhance guest experiences
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
