Job Description
We're looking for a talented
Sommelier
to join our team atGenatsvale
, a vibrant Georgian restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and warm atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a refined palate, a passion for wine, and the ability to enhance our guests' dining experiences through expert recommendations and exceptional service.Responsibilities:
Recommend and serve wines that complement menu selections Maintain and update the wine list in collaboration with management Manage wine inventory, storage, and ordering Train service staff on wine knowledge and service techniques Deliver engaging and professional guest interactions Ensure wine service aligns with the restaurant's standards and brand
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Sommelier or similar role in fine dining Strong knowledge of international wines and food pairings
Russian-speaking
candidates are preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills WSET or equivalent certification is an advantage Available for evening and weekend shiftsWhy Join Us:
