The Role:

You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team. Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests. Maintaining and replenishing all wine service areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation Sharing your expertise with the sommelier team to cultivate and enhance their wine knowledge and skills Demonstrate an in-depth wine knowledge and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience Keeps abreast of latest trends and developments regarding wine. Develop strong partnerships with our suppliers ensuring our menu leads the way in a competitive market. Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative, and engaging training Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests throughout their time at Tattu. Must be trained to WSET Level 3 equivalent or above.
