With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Sommelier to join the F&B team at One&Only The Palm, Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success where you will be responsible in managing all the wine revenue of entire Resort. Able to drive increased wine beverage sales in our various restaurants. Able to lead the team dealing with high profile guests. Additionally, ensuring continuous quality and consistent standards to provide amazing experiences to "blow away our guests" at all times.

Suitable candidate should have a minimum of 2-year experience in the same in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment capacity and has worked in a Michelin star rated restaurant with strong wine knowledge. Should have excellent management and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationship with high profile and diverse clientele. Should be a dynamic team player and able to provide the highest standard of service to our guests. Excellent spoken and written English is required, and additional European language will be highly regarded in this role
