Solutions Sales Manager We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, dynamic solutions sales professional who is looking to grow his/her career in technical solutions sales. The selected person will play an integral role in the business development and sales process. He/She will work closely with the company director to identify, qualify, and cultivate new clients for the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services. UCS is a full-service multi-disciplined application development and digital communications service provider specialized in designing, developing, and implementing mobile and web solutions for a range of industries. We have delivered business success to several FMCG, Distribution, Retail, and Pharmaceutical businesses that saw mobility and digital communications as core necessities for continued business growth and performance. Key Tasks:
Responsible for achieving the quarterly/yearly targets assigned by the company
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
Ability to convert sales leads into opportunities and successfully close deals
Generate new business leads through networking and cold calling
Determine customer needs through requirements assessment and mapping customer requirements to our solution set and development capabilities
Suggest & negotiate costs for relevant products and services
Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI\xe2\x80\x99s)
Engage with relevant team members to assess opportunities and technically present solutions
Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and prospects
Stay informed, build trust and focus on the right people and companies

Technical understanding of Web and Mobile solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale
Should be able to manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategies both from a business sales and technical perspective
Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills
Experience in complete solution sales preferred
Open to travel with the EMEA region
Mandatory Experience:
Possess a very broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of selling Web and Mobile technology solutions
Demonstrate ability to effectively position and convey the merits of our software solutions to customers and prospects
Be self-motivated and comfortable in a position that grants autonomy
Achieve success with little management or guidance
Have outstanding speaking and writing skills
Be able to translate technical advantages into business benefits
Endeavor to grow the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales and marketing capability by mentoring and growing the sales team
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or Business field
At least 5 years of experience in solutions sales in a technology-focused role
