Main Responsibilites:
- Building and integrating information systems to meet the company’s needs
- Assessing the data, process, and systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
- Resolve technical problems and recommend change
- Oversee and manage operations projects
- Provide supervision and guidance to operations and development teams
- Assess the business impact, and provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets
- Introduce process efficiency by identifying and fixing bottlenecks
- Engage in the ongoing efforts of standardization and quality alignment to define and rollout controls across all units, participate in ongoing efforts to strengthen the internal control environment of the platform, and enhance/increase customer centricity through uniform service based on defined SOPs
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree ; Medical background preferred
- 2+ years experience in Project Management Role. TPA Hospitals or Medical Centers exposure a plus
- Physically fit to carry out duties.
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
