Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across cloud platforms (Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), open-source application stacks, and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-stack development, hybrid mobile app frameworks, cloud-native architecture, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement end-to-end solutions on Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

Lead technical strategy and solution design across web and mobile platforms

Define and enforce security compliance standards and best practices

Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders

Evaluate and recommend cloud services, open-source tools, and frameworks

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

Document architecture decisions, integration strategies, and technical designs

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design

Proven expertise in Azure or OCI cloud environments

Strong hands-on experience with open-source stacks including:


o React, Next.js, Node.js



o Hybrid mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Ionic)


Deep understanding of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform)

Solid grasp of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)

Full-stack development experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, OCI Architect Professional)

* Experience in government, smart city, or enterprise-scale projects is a plus
