We have an opportunity for a Solutions Architect to join and be responsible for the efforts in developing the sales strategies across the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan designed to help generate a pipeline to support our sales revenue and booking targets. Success in this role requires strategic thinking combined with tactical execution. You’re the ideal candidate if you have a successful track record of leading creative, strategic sales operations initiatives and thrive in an environment where you have the freedom to experiment and continuously test new ideas. You will be part of a very close-knit team of MEA sales professionals who are equal parts creative, data-driven, and passionate.

What you'll be doing:
  • Build business cases and technical differentiation in sales opportunities by educating customers and partners about Infoblox solutions
  • Develop pre-sales engineering content (presentations, demos, webinars) on Infoblox solutions for customer and partner audiences
  • Design solution and an architectural diagram that conveys a proposed Infoblox solution, how it will be engineered, and how it integrates with other vendors
  • Educate partner technical sales teams about Infoblox solutions and technologies and when/how to identify opportunities and position Infoblox solutions to customers
What you'll bring:
  • 3-7 years of experience supporting technical sales of enterprise network solutions
  • 3-7 years of experience in networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, IPv4/v6, UNIX Admin, and experience with switches, routers, and firewalls in Intranet/Internet/Extranet environments
  • Strong knowledge of general security best practices and direct experience with at least one security product
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology simply
  • Ability to work in the field frequently
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
What success looks like: After six months, you will…
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the architectural principles and services used to develop technical cloud & security strategy, assist with cloud migration efforts, review architectures, and provide guidance on how to address high-risk issues of our accounts
  • Identify the right solution for meeting the customer’s goals, understand the specifics of Infoblox solutions in order to select exactly the ones that will meet the customer’s needs and resolve pressing issues
  • Be confident in delivering POC, webinars, and communicating our value proposition
  • Establish a trusted relationship with our accounts
After a year, you will…
  • Act as an intermediary between the technical and non-technical project stakeholders and finds means to meet all of their requirements during the process
  • Be able to translate the business requirements into the technical language and vice versa. Integrate technical expertise with strong leadership skills
  • Evaluate and assess risks to mitigate them and eliminate any factors that might hinder the successful delivery of the solution. Solution Architects know how to identify and reduce the threat of risks via tests in performance, security, user experience, and more
