As a Solutions Services Architect at Nokia, you will be a key player in crafting tailored end-to-end solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. Design and implement end-to-end customer solution architectures, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and validate solutions that utilize Nokia and third-party products. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer-specific architectures and regional requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored and relevant. Apply architecture standards and processes to uphold the technical integrity and quality of solutions over time. Lead small teams and projects, managing resources effectively while overseeing day-to-day operations and addressing staff management issues. Utilize advanced analytical skills to address complex challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve service delivery. Act as a mentor and advisor to team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development within the organization. Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, negotiate operational issues, and promote new practices and approaches.

You have:

10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical field Strong understanding of customer needs and stakeholder engagement Expertise in designing end-to-end solutions using Nokia products and 3rd party systems Proficiency in applying solution architecture standards and principles

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience leading small teams or projects with manageable risks Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex scenarios Knowledge of current industry trends and innovations in telecommunications Cross-cultural communication skills and a global mindset
