Property & Casualty Insurance Solution Lead

We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Solution Lead to design and deliver end-to-end technology and business solutions for P&C insurance operations. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&C insurance domains including underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and reinsurance, along with hands-on experience in solution architecture, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead solution design and architecture for P&C insurance platforms and integrations Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define solution roadmaps Oversee implementation of P&C insurance systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco) Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and security standards Drive innovation across automation, analytics, and customer experience initiatives

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, and reinsurance Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise system integration Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field Certifications (TOGAF, PMP) and cloud experience are an advantage
This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery experience in enterprise P&C insurance environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
