Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Retail SD and E-commerce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead and participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing activities for SAP projects.
• Collaborate with IT managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
• Configure SAP SD modules including OTC, Pricing, Returns, Master Data, Credit Management, and Idocs.
• Integrate SAP SD with POS systems, ensuring accurate outbound/inbound data and sales posting.
• Support implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and ECC6 solutions across GMG's retail business.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to GMG's development standards.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support for SAP SD processes.
• Conduct performance reviews, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous system improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD/IS Retail, with strong functional knowledge in ECC6 and S/4 HANA.
• Expertise in POS configuration, SAP-POS integration, and E-commerce omni-channel solutions.
• Experience working in retail, grocery, or fashion industries.
• Deep understanding of SAP integration points with MM, FI, and PP modules.
• Proficiency in ABAP debugging and familiarity with EDI interfaces and SAP E-Invoice.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
