You will make an impact in the following way:
- You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues
- Work with digital automation consultants to technically translate process diagnostic insights into compelling solutions with demonstrable financial value impact
- Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account\xe2\x80\x99s terminology and KPIs
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits
- Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs
- Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions
What you will bring:
- Education \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering with a focus on IT, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Work experience \xe2\x80\x93 10+ years of experience in solution creation in an industrial or enterprise networking environment. Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Proven track record \xe2\x80\x93 Within a sales and/or service role in a market and industry relevant to the Belden organization
- Technical know-how \xe2\x80\x93 Experience in IT/OT (e.g. Cloud, IIoT, ICS) and applications insights (e.g. in the Process, Discrete or Energy vertical)
- Technical know-how \xe2\x80\x93 Experience in MPLS-TP, SDH, Backbone Telecom and edge background in IT/OT context is a plus.
- Communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience
- Language skills \xe2\x80\x93 Fluency in English. Arabic would be advantageous.
