About the role

A Solution Consultant is a strategic position for our customers within the professional services organization. The SC is responsible for translating customer business and technical requirements into a comprehensive solution. SC's are experienced customer consultants with strong communication skills and broad business, technical, and interactive marketing industry knowledge.

Responsibilities Lead consultative engagements with customers on the technical and business challenges related to their digital marketing initiatives. Complete Solution ownership from requirements capturing to solution delivery working with a variety of technical/non-technical customers. Create, lead and present an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's business needs to Salesforce Core & associated products. Present a high-level description of the Salesforce Core architecture and integration capabilities. Conducts solutions presentations and acquires customer acceptance to solution design. Guides customers through solution deployment Leading multiple client engagements and working with associated team members. Actively participate in the community by delivering reusable assets, and success stories and helping the community grow. Support Account Executives and Go To Market teams with sales opportunities by validating solutions & finding opportunities in existing accounts. Travels to client sites for onsite discovery and solutions presentations. Not expected to exceed 25%

Requirements Proven experience in solution design & technical delivery of Salesforce Core or any equivalent marketing automation platform ( SAS, Adobe, Hubspot,Braze) Experience leading customer-facing discovery sessions to conceptualize and design sophisticated business solutions. Experience detailing customer problems and software solutions using BRDs\FSDs, wireframes, diagrams, workflows, and mockups. Excellent presentation and verbal skills with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences Past experience developing SQL with an RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript Strong understanding of SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration architectures. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance Understanding of sales process and methodologies preferred.
