Essential Functions
?

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
?

Design and develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to streamline workflows and enhance financial operations
?

Build and integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data synchronization
?

Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts for improved user experience and data integrity
?

Leverage Salesforce Platform tools and AppExchange solutions for extended functionality and scalability
?

Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configurations to ensure secure and compliant environments.
?

Lead and execute data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and third-party ETL tools
?

Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and auditability throughout migration from legacy systems into Salesforce
?

Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
?

Document solution designs and create technical specifications for ongoing support and scalability
?

Facilitate business process mapping, requirement gathering, and workshops to align Salesforce solutions with financial and ERP objectives

Required Qualifications

o Master's degree in computer applications or equivalent experience


o 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.


o Expertise in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment


o Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce administration


o Familiarity with version control tools, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments


o Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks.
