we are is looking for an experienced

Solution Architect - Consumer Services Bundling

to join our Technology & Innovation division.
The role focuses on designing and integrating

Consumer Broadband and Converged Services

(Internet, Voice, IPTV, Mobile, IoT) by connecting

Network Layer (BNG, RADIUS, DHCP, AAA)

systems with

BSS/OSS platforms

(Billing, CRM, Catalog, Order Management, APIs).

You will play a key role in

enabling seamless product bundling, service activation, and customer experience

across Etisalat's fixed and mobile ecosystem

Design

end-to-end architecture

for broadband and bundled services, ensuring smooth integration between

Network

,

BSS

, and

OSS

layers. Define service models, business rules, and data flows for

bundled consumer offerings

(e.g., Internet + TV + Mobile). Integrate

BNG, RADIUS, and REST APIs

with backend systems for authentication, provisioning, and policy control. Collaborate with IT, Network, and Product teams to implement and automate new services. Develop

HLD/LLD (High & Low-Level Designs)

and ensure technical documentation aligns with enterprise architecture standards. Support testing, UAT, and validation of APIs, service flows, and system performance. Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to

network and service optimization strategies

. Act as a technical bridge between

BSS-OSS

,

Network

, and

Cloud

teams.

Bachelor's degree

in Telecom, Computer, or Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred).

8+ years of experience

in Telecom, IT Architecture, or BSS/OSS Integration. Hands-on experience in

Fixed Broadband, PPPoE, BNG, RADIUS, and Policy Control

. Proficiency with

REST APIs, JSON, XML

, and integration design. Experience with

Oracle DB, SQL

, and system validation. Strong knowledge of

Network Layer

technologies (IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, MPLS). Exposure to

BSS/OSS systems

such as Catalog, CRM, Billing, and Order Management. Familiarity with

TMF frameworks (eTOM, SID, ODA)

and

Microservices architecture

is an advantage. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
