We are seeking a

Solution Architect - Agentic Systems

to design and deliver

end-to-end AI agent solutions

tailored to enterprise customer needs.



This role blends

technical architecture, solution design, and customer collaboration

-- ensuring deployments of multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks are secure, scalable, and business-aligned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Design & Architecture

+ Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures.
+ Design workflows using

multi-agent orchestration

, A2A messaging, and tool chaining.
+ Define

context and memory strategies

for long-running AI processes.

Integration Leadership

+ Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SOC tools).
+ Ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.

Performance & Scalability

+ Optimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective deployments.
+ Design for high availability and fault tolerance in production.

Security & Compliance

+ Embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls in all solutions.
+ Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA as applicable).

Customer Engagement

+ Act as a trusted advisor for client technical teams.
+ Conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices.

Collaboration & Delivery Support

+ Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Interaction Engineers, and Agent Architects to ensure smooth delivery.
+ Provide architectural oversight during implementation phases.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

----------------------------

Must-Have:

8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering. Strong understanding of

LLM architectures

, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge). Proven experience designing

RAG pipelines

, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations. Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration. Cloud-native architecture skills (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes). Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Good-to-Have:

Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps. Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas). Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization. Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
