We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Solution Analyst with strong experience in ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, project teams, and technical teams to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support end-to-end implementation and optimization of ERP and CRM modules. This role requires strong communication skills, functional understanding, and the ability to drive process improvements through technology.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
2. Solution Design & Documentation
Propose effective ERP/CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, and workflow documentation.
Assist in designing scalable and efficient process flows.
3. ERP/CRM Implementation & Support
Work with development teams to ensure accurate configuration and customization.
Perform system testing (UAT, SIT) and support end-to-end implementation activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams.
Provide regular updates, clarify requirements, and manage change requests.
Conduct user training and create training materials and manuals.
5. Continuous Improvement
Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and automation.
Stay updated with ERP/CRM trends, new features, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.Strong functional knowledge in ERP (Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, or Operations) and CRM modules.Experience working with ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.Ability to prepare professional documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, process flows).Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
